As a community organizer (Blackout Arts Collective, Kuumba Inc., and After the Storm), Ayanna has learned that a valuable way to offer young people information is through fun and interactive workshops.  Workshops, such as the LoveYourSelf workshop, were created as tools to connect with young women in a small group setting.  Information is provided to assist young women (ages 16-40) in making healthy choices, learning coping skills and developing self-expression techniques.  Ayanna has created workshops for all age groups as well as for men.  Other workshops include F.O.C.U.S. (for Leadership and Motivation), Who You Are is Great Enuff (critically analyzing the role of images in media), You Are...What You Think (positive thinking and its benefits), P.O.W.E.R.
